Kabinburi Industrial Zone, in collaboration with the Utokapat Foundation under Royal Patronage, supports the water resources development project in the Prachinburi Basin, fostering a sustainable community network.

On May 9, 2024, Mr. Vichai Assarasakorn, Chairman of Kabinburi Industrial Zone, along with the company's executive team, and Dr. Royon Jitdon, committee member and secretary-general of the Utokapat Foundation under Royal Patronage, accompanied by the Hydro Informatics Institute team, visited the Prachinburi River Basin Network in the Samphanta Community. This visit was part of an ongoing effort to monitor the progress of the surface water resources development project at Kut Jorakae Pool, undertaken as per a royal initiative.

The project focuses on establishing a robust water management system designed to increase water security for local communities. A key achievement of the initiative is the significant increase in water availability within the system, quantified at over 15,360 cubic meters. This improvement translates to an annual economic benefit of 76,800 baht, accounting for both consumption and agricultural uses.

The upgraded water supply system directly benefits 72 households and 180 residents of Village No. 7, Ban Nong Haen. This enhancement in water management capabilities is not merely a short-term fix but a sustainable solution aimed at improving the overall efficiency and resilience of water resource structures.
